Happiness Club

The Happiness Club is an initiative by the Department of Psychology to promote mental well-being, positivity, and resilience among students and teachers of our college. In today’s fast-paced world, mental health is often overlooked, leading to increased stress, anxiety, and decreased overall well-being. Our club aims to provide a supportive community and resources to foster happiness, self-care, and emotional intelligence.
