Objectives

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of education, research, and administrative processes within the institution.
• Create a framework for monitoring and evaluating academic performance and administrative processes to sustain and enhance the academic quality in tandem with the established standards.
• Ensure the active participation of students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders in the form of feedbacks and insights, and use the data for the maintenance and improvement of academic performance of the institution.

Functions

• Devise plans and strategies for the improvement of the academic quality of the institution.
• Set realistic goals and achieve them in time-bound manner to ensure institutional growth.
• Organise seminar, workshop and conferences on themes of institutional quality and excellence.
• Develop a learner-centred learning ecosystem.
• Obtain feedbacks, recommendations and suggestions from all the stakeholders and analyse the data.
• Enquire about and implement innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Integration of technology in the academic and administrative processes.
• Prepare and Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
